Non-urgent advice: Can I Register?
We welcome new patient registrations from people living in our local area.
Our practice area covers patients living within approximately 1.5 miles of the surgery.
· If you live within this area, you will be able to access our services, including home visits where clinically appropriate.
· If you live slightly outside this area, you are still welcome to register. However, some services (such as home visits) may not be available, and you may be asked to attend the surgery for your care.
To find a GP, please click here. Find out which GPs you can register with on the NHS website.
If you would like to register with us as an NHS patient, you can do so online, by downloading a form, or by visiting reception.

Non-urgent advice: Temporary Registrations
If you become unwell while you are away from home, or you are not currently registered with a GP, you can contact a local practice to receive care.
If you are staying in the area for a short period, you may be able to register as a temporary patient.
- Temporary registration can last for up to 3 months
- This allows you to receive care locally while remaining registered with your usual GP.
- If you need care for longer than 3 months, you may be asked to register permanently.
- To request a temporary registration, please contact the practice you wish to use.
Please Note
- GP practices may not always be able to accept temporary registrations
- However, you can still receive urgent or immediately necessary care if needed.
- Temporary registration is not usually available at a practice in the same area where you are already registered.
Non-urgent advice: Accountable GP
All patients registered with the practice are allocated a named, accountable GP.
This GP is responsible for overseeing the coordination of your care and ensuring that appropriate services are provided based on your clinical needs.
You do not need to see your named GP when booking an appointment. You can request to see any GP or nurse within the practice, depending on availability and your preference.
If you would like to know the name of your allocated GP, please contact reception.
