We offer extended opening hours every Thursday until 8.00pm.

In addition, the practice opens one Friday and one Saturday every five weeks, with a limited number of appointments available. 

Appointments during these extended hours may be: 

• Face-to-face
• Telephone or video consultations 
• At Warley Road Surgery or another nearby GP Practice

Our telephone lines are open Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.30pm

If you no longer need your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, so it can be offered to another pattient.

NHS 111 is the number to call when you need medical help fast but when not a life threatening emergency. 

In life threatening emergencies call : 999  Chest pains and/or shortness of breath constitute as an emergency.

111 online is a fast and convenient alternative to the 111 phone service and provides an option for people who want to access 111 digitally. 

Your needs will be assessed and you will be given advice about whether you need:

• Treat yourself at home
• Go to a Primary Care Centre

If you need face to face medical attention you may be asked to attend a Primary Care Centre.
